- that the number of packages delivered is as indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strip;
- the packaging does not make noise or shards of broken glass
Caution
In case of tampering and / or breaks the customer will immediately challenge the shipment and / or delivery by adding the words "QUALIFIED", indicating the motivation on the delivery document received by courier.
